About The Course


Working on the ancient Chinese principle of Yin and Yang. This course is separated into two sections morning yin sequences to open up the body for a positive focused energetic day. In the second section, we have created nighttime sequences. If you struggle to get to sleep, your brain is busy and you want to learn to relax for a better night's sleep, this section is perfect for you.
