About Your Teacher


After years of constantly reaching burnout physically and mentally, and continuously asking questions that no one around him had the answers to, Cody went on a journey leading him to finding his passion in teaching yoga, mindfulness, meditation and empowering others, which he has now been doing globally for over 7 years.

Originally from South Africa, Cody is continuously pushing himself out of his comfort zone and choosing to keep learning and listening to what he calls his inner Flow. Now living his dream life, traveling from paradise to paradise as a nomad, he’s doing what he loves and sharing this love with others. All of this came from realizing, releasing and coming into his full flow. Now he wants to share his experiences and knowledge with others to help them use the understandings he has gained in life to help the world find fulfilment in everything that they do.
